Who am I to be talking about PURPOSE?
Hello beautiful soul! I am so happy to "meet" you :) I am Lida Sportel, I am a licensed Psychotherapist (LMFT), and CEO of The Whole Wellness Method™ & the Whole Wellness Coaching Certification™ program.
For 20+ years, I've been on a personal journey of transformation, which started at the age of 19 when "against all odds", I healed from a terminal illness. In the years that followed I moved from Greece to the US to study Neuro-Psychology & do my Master's in Clinical Psychology. I was determined to "walk the talk" and work deeply within my self and my past wounds, if I were to truly help others as a psychotherapist. I broke free from layers of trauma, grief & loss, fear, anxiety, and chronic health issues.
I've been helping hundreds of clients Break Free & transform their lives since 2009. But...to be honest, it's been a long journey of over 13 years trying to figure out how to help my clients & TRULY create radical transformations while not burning myself out. I've had a deep calling to serve humanity since I was little yet the path to where I am at today has been very challenging.
On a personal level, breaking free from debilitating 30+ years of chronic health issues that the doctors did not know what to do with & releasing long-standing traumas & negative ingrained patterns. And on a professional level, feeling like even my education as a licensed Psychotherapist had MANY missing pieces...
